Bartlomiej Jankowski is a Polish advocate with an MA degree from Warsaw University, Faculty of Law and Administration. He attended a course on International Commercial Law at Oxford University, and a course on International Commercial Arbitration at the Queen Mary and Westfield College, London University. Before joining CMS Cameron McKenna in 2001, Bartlomiej Jankowski was associated with another law firm specialising in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, especially in relation to law of contracts, companies and intellectual property. Bartlomiej Jankowski specialises also i white collar crimes, having an unique experience in representing both companies and individual board members in different kinds of criminal proceedings in front of Polish authorities. His experience also covers representing parties in administrative and labour cases. Bartlomiej Jankowski is fluent in English and also speaks Russian. He is an arbitrator listed at the National Chamber of Commerce, as well as at the Arbitration Court of the Polish Footbal Association.
