Denis Rice, a founding director of the firm, practices in a broad range of legal areas and has been listed since 1987 in "Best Lawyers in America." He is listed in four categories: information technology, securities, corporate law and commercial litigation. He was recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer in 2004 and 2005 by Law & Politics, which published a list of the winners in San Francisco magazine.
