Lee F. Benton is a partner of Cooley Godward LLP and is resident in its Palo Alto office. He served as Managing Partner of Cooley Godward from 1996 to 2001 and as Chair of its Business department from 1994 to 1996. He commenced his career at Cooley Godward in 1970 in its San Francisco office, and founded the Cooley Godward Palo Alto office in 1980.
