Mike joined Norton Rose as a Partner in June 2000. He heads the firm's London and international Communications Media and Technology teams as well as the international cross-border Outsourcing group.
Mike qualified at Slaughter & May in 1993, however his career has also involved a spell as in-house European counsel at Cadence Design Systems, a NYSE quoted company that specialises in the design and development of semi-conductors and in related consultancy work. While at Cadence, Mike had global legal responsibility for Cadence's outsourcing business division.
Mike has advised on a large number of technology exploitation, procurement and major outsourcing projects as well as software licensing, e-commerce and data protection projects.
