Peter Brown is one of the managing partners of Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner LLP, which has offices in New York, Los Angeles, Hartford and Morristown. He concentrates his practice on a variety of matters relating to intellectual property, trademarks, copyrights, patents and computer law, including litigation in various state and federal courts, and arbitrations, in addition to negotiation of agreements relating to intellectual property and computer technology. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and his Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University School of Law. He served as an Adjunct Professor of Computer Law at Dartmouth College from 1984-1988 and is the former Co-Chairman of the Computer Litigation Committee of the ABA. Mr. Brown is currently the Chairman of the Intellectual Property Litigation Committee of the New York State Bar Association. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the Computer Law Association. He has co-authored Emerging Technologies and the Law: Forms and Analysis and Computer Law: Drafting and Negotiating Forms and Agreements, both published by the Law Journal Seminars-Press.
