Saikrishna Rajagopal graduated from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore and was admitted into the Bar in 1995. He has worked extensively on a broad variety of Civil and Criminal Intellectual Property litigation in India for leading international and domestic clientele. He has been associated with some of the leading Intellectual Property cases in the last five years in the fields of trademark, copyright, patents, trade secret, confidential information, etc. His litigation expertise apart, Sai is also a renowned expert in the field of anti-piracy initiatives for the software industry. Sai is extremely active in the speaking circuit and has spoken at several domestic and international conferences. He has also been lecturing on Intellectual Property issues at premier National Institutes like the National Judicial Academy at Bhopal, National Institute of Design at Ahmedabad, the National Police Academy at Hyderabad, Delhi Police Training School, the National Customs and Narcotics Academy at Faridabad and the CBI Training Academy at Ghaziabad. Sai has also written articles and papers on a variety of Intellectual Property topics, which have been published in leading Intellectual Property journals.
