technical reasons. Most organisations getting into the arena
of eCommerce do not have a clearly thought out Strategy. They
do not have a business plan and are not clear how one needs
to be constructed. Revenue Models are at best "Wish - Lists".

The immediate thoughts that come to mind when one hears about eBusiness are - high technology, extensive investments in hardware, software, skilled technical resources to put the solution together, building gateways with banks, technology obsolescence risks, minimum timeframes of atleast 6 months for the solution to be implemented and the list goes on.
LGCN attempts to change the above by bringing to the fore the Commerce Service Provider (CSP) model a suitable alternative which - for the customers - ensures, almost no investments, very quick turnaround time for implementation, ready access to world class infrastructure as against buying your own, secure internet payment systems and a clear vision about what eBusiness should mean to an organisation. Synopsis:
Last year, customer interaction via telephone declined for the first time in history. Customer service centers no longer just mean telephone-based call centers; they’re becoming customer interaction centers where Web, e-mail, fax, two-way pager, video conferencing, and Internet chat all come together, allowing customers to move fluidly among communication channels and service agents to have one single view of the customer relationship history. From your company’s perspective, it means you will have more ways to reach your customers, more ways to turn your assets into revenue streams, and more ways to conduct business.
With the emergence of the “e-Customer,” prompt and accurate e-service in Internet time is the area where e-businesses will compete to gain competitive advantage.
The e-customer will reach you on his own terms - when he wants to; where he wants to. As the Web erodes the geographical distance between your e-customer and your organisation, and the competition waits only a mouse click away, do you have an e-service strategy in place yet?
