John Roberts is a vice president (VP) and chief of research Asia/Pacific, with Gartner Australasia. Mr. Roberts joined Gartner from Mobil Oil Australia where he most recently held the position of General Manager Information Systems. Prior experiences include IT management, strategic business planning, business process re-engineering, quality improvement initiatives, and project management and process engineering in manufacturing industry. He holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Melbourne.
