Deb Ghosh has been with TIBCO since 2000 as Chief Architect. He started his career in TIBCO as Chief Architect - Financial Services in the United States, after which he became Chief Architect, India, when TIBCO made its foray in the country. He is responsible for managing the pre-sales architecture in India. His process begins with understanding the business as well as the various technical drivers for the customer, based on which a solution is proposed around TIBCO Products. In addition, Deb works closely with Channel Partners to help grow the business.
Ghosh has over 15 years experience in the IT related to the financial services sector. He began his career as a Programmer with CMC (now part of TCS) moving up to a Project Lead in the organisation. Following his stint at CMC, he joined DST Technology- an internet start up technology company in Singapore, where he was nominated for the National Technology award in 1997 for his capacity as Technical Manager. Ghosh's career path took him to Goldman Sachs, New York as senior consultant after which he served as Project Manager - Online Trading with UBS Painewebber.
Ghosh has a Master's degree in Computer Science from The Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkatta.
