Ian Bertram is a managing vice president in Gartner Research, where he leads the Business Intelligence and Data Management Software Research team. He is based in the Gartner Singapore office. Mr. Bertram's team of analysts focuses on topics such as business intelligence, analytics, Web analytics, BAM, data warehousing, data management, data integration, data quality and databases.
