private half-hour meetings with Gartner analysts to explore solutions
to specific IT issues.
At Gartner Summit India 2003 - everyone wants to ask Gartner analysts
the big questions - and get answers specific to their current challenges.
No two IT challenges are exactly alike: The solution that works
for one business may be very different from the one that's best
for you. That's why we offer Summit attendees One-on-Ones - private
half-hour meetings with our expert analysts - as an important part
of the conference experience. Ask the questions that count, get
the answers you need.
Booking One-On-One Appointments
Registered Summit Attendees may book appointments onsite after completing
onsite registration. No pre-booking is allowed and all bookings
are taken on a 'first come - first served basis'. There will be
a dedicated one-on-one booking desk at the Summit.
One-on-One appointments will run concurrently with conference presentations.
Please review the conference agenda, to ensure your One-on-One appointment
time does not conflict with any presentations you wish to attend.
Eligibility Guidelines
One-on-Ones are available exclusively to paid, registered conference
attendees. Due to the high demand for these appointments, attendees
may reserve two (2) One-on-Ones during the Summit, each with a different
analyst or consultant.
Attendees may accompanied by a Gartner Account Executive.
PLEASE NOTE: One-on-One sessions at the Gartner Summit are
not available for vendor briefings or education sessions with analysts.

CUSTOM DIAGNOSTIC WORKSHOPS
For the first time Gartner Consulting is hosting a number of 2-hour
workshops around the topics of Market and Business Strategies
and the Business Value of I.T. (BVIT).
Space is limited and reserved exclusively for attendees.

MARKET AND BUSINESS STRATEGIES WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
In this workshop Gartner's Consulting team works with technology and service providers to develop practical market strategies and action plans. You will learn what your organization needs to do gain the competitive edge that can close the deal.
In this workshop you will:
- Discover how to get the most from your market strategy
- Identify where to make investments in strategic partnerships
- Discover the benefits of an ROI strategy, including how to demonstrate the real business value to your clients
* Conditions apply - each workshop must be attended by a C-Level representative of the company plus at least one direct report. Each successful applicant company will be expected to take part in a 30-minute pre-workshop telephone briefing with a Gartner Senior Consultant.
