Aditya Menon is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Yes Bank. He is spearheading Technology initiatives at Yes Bank. His responsibilities include driving innovation and development strategic planning guidelines in accordance with the Business Strategy of the Bank.

Prior to joining Yes Bank, Aditya was the Group CIO at Mphasi's since December 2003, where he was instrumental in integrating disparate technology functions across the group and unifying it into a single group wide organization to support a global staff of 10,000+ across IT, BPO and Technologies & Consulting. Aditya, in his capacity as Group CIO also designed, built and commissioned a Global Network Operations center and revamped all data centers globally. He also championed a performance monitoring and management platform called MpacT to support Six Sigma process improvement in the BPO organization.

Aditya has been a professional entrepreneur for 12 of his 20 working years in the field of banking software product development and organization building.

Aditya joined BIS Banking Systems, New York in 1986 from campus and was the sole developer of APEX (Automated Payment Exchange System) for ABN AMRO Bank and Standard Chartered Bank. This System was the first PC based electronic payment systems for corporate and correspondent bank payments and was installed globally.

Tiger Systems (New York & Bangalore) was the first entrepreneurial venture undertaken by Aditya as Founder, CTO and Director in 1990, A team of 40 professionals under Aditya's leadership and expertise development the LYNX series of Electronic Banking Software covering both Trade Finance and Cash Management which was deployed in over 38 major global financial institutions including five of the top twelve US Banks.

He also founded Visual Web Solutions (1994 to 2002) where he was responsible for creating a number of international banking products platforms today deployed and running at large regional banks such as OCBC and DBS in Singapore and the Royal Bank of Canada in Toronto.

Aditya completed his Masters in Computer Science from Pace University, New York in 1986, after receiving a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Statistics from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai.
