Manoj heads Retail Business Development for ICICI Bank and he is responsible for New Customer Acquisition in the West and South of India.

As head of retail business development he and his team engages with customers across all customer touch points like ATMs, branches, corporate worksites, web and mobile platforms and phone banking. His prime responsibility is to get customers to utilise the full suite of ICICI Bank's products and services.

The other hat that he wears as that of head of New Customer Acquisition, requires him to keep acquiring new customers for the bank.

His exposure to that extent is end-to-end from acquisition, to education, to engagement, and, retention of Customers.

He is a true blue banking professional with over 13 years of exposure to Banking and Financial Services. He has been involved in acquiring and retaining customers for Term and Demand Deposits, Loans, Cards, Debentures and Equities.

Setting up and scaling sales channels has been his forte'. He has significantly contributed to ICICI Bank's Product Management, Strategic Planning, Relationship Management & Structured Advisory initiatives.

Just like the twin hats he wears, he has a double major in Marketing and in Finance from IMT Ghaziabad batch of 92.

He believes that getting one on one with customers is most important for any marketer and has been leading the bank's initiatives in this direction.
