Rajan is a Management Professional with nearly 27 years of experience in all aspects of Operations in International Banking, with significant accomplishments in operations integration, new systems implementations, staff training, enhancement in revenue/operational efficiency through radical re-engineering of processes and optimal use of technology.

Rajan has a unique experience of setting up operations of two new banks in totally diverse environments, right from their inception stages, creating a resilient and growing operations environment with an international standard infra-structure.

For a period of 3 years, Rajan worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Flexcel International Private Limited (Flexcel) a joint venture between HDFC Bank Ltd. and i-flex Solutions Ltd. pioneering the first outsourcing banking ASP model in Indian Sub-continent, to deploy, host and manage core banking application software solutions for various banks across a wide area network.
