Shivaprakash also provides direction to major companies on strategic choices of Identity & Security Management. He has been instrumental in the introduction of Novell's Identity and Access Management (IDAM) & Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions in the Indian Market. Shivaprakash has been with Novell for more than three years

Prior to joining Novell, Shivaprakash has spent over 8 years in technical, sales, and management assignments in the domain of Information Security and Telecommunications.
