How to Participate:

Step One: To Qualify

Selection criteria are based on proposed speakers' qualifications and their level of expertise on proposed subject matter. Selected speakers must hold senior level titles (e.g. Director, President, CEO, CXO, Country Manager, Professor, etc.), and possess appropriate technical expertise.

Please complete the necessary steps prior to the submission deadline. Proposals submitted after the deadline is not guaranteed for review or dissemination, but will be placed as part of the official application records by the organizers/ producers.

Step Two: Fill out the Speaker Form* (Enclosed below or in URL www.iimmblr.org)

Only completed forms will be reviewed.

Step Three: If Selected as a Speaker

• A member of the Conference Committee will contact you to work out the necessary formalities and complete the balance procedures.
• You will be required to provide a master copy of your presentation.

Substitution Policy & Disclaimer:
Speaker substitutions are not permitted, except in the case of an emergency and subject to the committee's approval. In the event a speaker cannot fulfill his/her commitment, the presenting company will not be guaranteed a speaking slot for an alternate representative.

Mere receipt of an application receipt of an application does not constitute acceptance. The organizers/producers of the event will be, under no circumstances, under any obligation whatsoever, to guarantee a speaking engagement or any kind of participation to an applicant merely on the basis of an application being made to the former. The organizers/producers reserve complete right to allow or disallow for that matter any speaking engagement application in full or in part without assigning any reasons thereof but keeping the overall event objectives in mind.
