• Setting up Digital Libraries in the State
• Forging long term partnerships with various IT companies, turnkey consultants and infrastructure and solution providers post empanelment to ensure procurement, installation and consistent and affordable maintenance of systems and services year after year through robust, dependable services provided by such vendor partners
