Meet Mr.Chandrashekhar

He persuaded the VC to part with $20,000 within three days. Today, that investment is worth $50 million. Mr Chandrashekhar in turn has personally invested in two start-ups in Bangalore - Aztec Software and Gray Cell.

Linc Software to raise Rs.5 crore of venture capital
The Bangalore based Linc Software said it soon plans to source funds from domestic and overseas venture capital firms. The company plans to divest an undisclosed portion of its equity to raise Rs.5 crore through venture capital. Chandra Kumar, Managing Director, Linc Software Services Pvt. Ltd. said "We are not looking at venture capital funding money alone, but more for strategic relationship and strengths like marketing and contacts it brings in."
