Dr. N. Rajendran is the Chief Technology Officer in NPCI. In this role, he is responsible for the entire Technology Infrastructure - including operations, projects, infrastructure architecture, data centre management, IT security and implementing key strategic initiatives. Spearheading the technology solutions, Dr Rajendran has been responsible for perfecting NPCI's system, processes and controls that essentially require quality standardization to support the goal of the company that is - 'Touching every Indian by 2020.'
After receiving National Financial Switch (NFS) from IDRBT in 2009, Dr Rajendran played responsible role in carrying out the overall functioning and developed it with utmost care. He efficiently led the transformation from INFINET application to NPCINet, which has now robust architecture and supports over 100 member banks with more than One lakh ATMs and about 100 lakh transactions per day, collectively. He is credited as one of the key founders of National Financial Switch and played crucial role in architecting and establishing NPCI's biggest Payment network - NPCINet. Under his leadership, NPCI has been able to achieve some of the technology benchmarks including - PCI DSS certification project, data centre establishment & data centre migration, new network of NPCI NET for NFS, CTS, RuPay, ACH, APBS, IMPS and AEPS.
With having over 22 years of technology experience, mostly into payment system, Dr Rajendran has managed key portfolios mainly into - designing, implementing and operations at some of the biggest financial networks in the country - Indian Financial Network(INFINET), NFS and NPCINET, which include ATMs, POS, Payment Gateway, Payment Switch, Network Security, Network & System Administration, Infrastructure Development, Information Security Management, and consulting experience with large banks.
He has earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University, Trichy, after completing MCA and B.Sc in Applied Physics. He has been a member of working group on 'Network and Security Standard for e-governance', and worked as a co-investigator for the R&D project - 'Protocol and Security Frameworks for Mobile Payments', under Ministry of Information Technology.
Mr. P.K.Gupta is Managing Director of State Bank of India since 2nd November, 2015. Currently, he looks after Retail Banking and latest initiatives in Payments & Digital Banking. Prior to this, Mr. Gupta was the Managing Director looking after Compliance & Risk in the Bank. He is ACS from Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Ms. Sunita Handa is presently the Chief General Manager (IT - Channels & Ops) at State Bank of India.
Starting her banking career as Probationary Officer with SBI, Ms Handa has over 3 decades of rich experience in various spheres of banking like Operations, HR, Digital for Corporates & Retail etc. She was part of SBI's Core Team that spearheaded digitalisation of it's foreign operations and later also worked as Senior Vice President (Technology & Ops) at Bank's Frankfurt (Germany) Office.
Presently, she heads the team that is responsible for developing and implementing Bank's various initiatives in Digital Banking, Mobility, e-Commerce, SWIFT, Payment Systems, Treasury as also Bank's tech- operations overseas in 25 countries. Prior to the current assignment, Ms. Handa was heading Network II of Ahmedabad Circle in the capacity of General Manager.
Ms. Sunita Handa holds a Masters degree in Science, specialising in Mathematics, a Certificate Course in Computer Applications (CCCA) and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
Agnelo D'souza is a Post Graduate in Business Administration. He has twenty years of industry experience having worked with Indian Express Newspapers, Global Tele Systems and 3i Infotech prior to joining Kotak Mahindra Bank. At Kotak, he has worked in ITsecurity Operations before taking on the role of Chief Information Security Officer. He is responsible for formulating the Information Security strategy and driving its implementation at the Bank. Agnelo has built a robust Information Security framework and received several industry accolades.

Kavitha Gupta, CIPP/A is Senior Corporate Counsel - India and South Asia for Juniper Networks and is a leading Privacy and Technology Counsel with over 16 years of experience in IT & ITES sector. Kavitha was Head Legal for Airbus Group India advising on all its business and transactional matters in India and advised on setting up the first Airbus Flight Training Center (ATO) in India. Prior to joining Airbus, Kavitha was Asia Pacific Legal Head for Hitachi Consulting overseeing the legal function which encompasses IT and Cloud Computing contracts, Privacy and Data Protection, Global Compliances and Employment matters. She also worked in Wipro Technologies in the Compliance team heading Compliances for Americas on US Export Control laws, FCPA, US employment laws and was key in automation of employment related matters for Americas and later in the Commercial Contracts team for Wipro Infotech covering India region which includes large government RFPs, consortium agreements and other related contracts. Karthik leads the Financial Services sector within Deloitte's Forensic practice in India. He is also the India Financial Crime Leader in the APAC Financial Crime Network. Karthik has extensive experience in financial crime management having spent more than 18 years advising large corporates in financial services across private and public sectors that includes banks, brokerages, private equity firms as well as insurance companies. With a deep understanding of the Indian and South Asian market, Karthik has led large scale remediation and investigation projects including regulatory driven investigations for both domestic and regional financial institutions including banks, brokerages and private equity. He has done extensive work in the areas of anti-money laundering, anti-fraud advisory, counter terrorist financing, economic and trade sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption and devising new target operating models for financial institutions to respond to regulatory shifts and demands.
Sachin is a Director with Deloitte's Forensic practice in India. He is an Electronics Engineer and has more than 13 years of work experience in the areas of digital forensic, electronic discovery and incident response. He has assisted in more than 200 fraud investigations across several industries, including financial services, IT/ITES, media and entertainment, real estate, telecom, government, and pharmaceutical. Sachin's work experience also includes setting up over 40 digital forensic labs for a State Government, leading large scale forensic data collection, preservation and processing projects, working with domestic and international law firms and clients to comply with US based regulatory (DOJ/ SEC/ FDA) requests, as well as conducting cyber forensic trainings for clients including High Court judges as well as law and enforcement agencies.

Pandey has 18 years of industry experience in IT service delivery and cyber security across industries like BFSI, ITES & Telecommunication.
